Employer requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the IT industry, including experience as senior technology leadership role (CTO, Head of Technology, IT Director, Solution Director, or similar).
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise Contact Center and CRM solutions.
  • Strong background in leading technical teams and managing complex implementation and integration projects.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and modern integration technologies (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, Middleware, ESB).
  • Knowledge of Contact Center platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Five9, Avaya, Cisco, Talkdesk, ContentGuru, or similar.
  • Practical experience with CRM platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zendesk, or Odoo.
  • Understanding of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, Conversational AI, Speech Analytics, chatbots, voicebots, and business process automation.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, budgeting, and communication skills.
  • Higher education in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or industry certifications (TOGAF, ITIL, PMP/Prince2, Azure Architect, Salesforce Architect, ISO 27001) will be considered an advantage.

Your responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and develop engineering, implementation, integration, DevOps, and technical support teams.
  • Oversee the delivery of complex Contact Center and CRM implementation projects for enterprise clients.
  • Design scalable, secure omnichannel solution architectures and supervise integrations with CRM, ERP, AI, telecommunication, and BI platforms.
  • Establish technology standards, governance, security policies, and quality assurance processes.
  • Support business development activities by participating in technical workshops and pre-sales engagements.
  • Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, project risks, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, GDPR requirements, and business continuity processes.
