- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in COBOL development
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe
- High analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and influence relationships
- Advanced level of both English and Polish

You will contribute to a global release train on a common core banking product, ensuring that features developed by your team are thoroughly analyzed, specified, developed, tested, and deployed while managing dependencies. This is a hybrid role requiring three days of work from the office in Warsaw.
