Collaboration & Productivity Platforms Manager

Our requirements

• Experience & Technical Expertise:
• 10+ years of experience, including significant leadership of enterprise collaboration, productivity, or Digital Workplace platforms in a complex global organization
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration technologies
• Proven experience managing SaaS platforms across collaboration, work management, automation, and productivity domains
• Experience establishing platform governance, lifecycle management, and service ownership models
• Strong background in managing technology vendors, managed service providers, and external delivery teams
• Solid grasp of platform modernization, application portfolio management, software licensing, and cost optimization
• Skills & Personal Attributes:
• Ability to develop and communicate platform portfolio strategy and roadmaps
• Grounded in IT service management, governance, and lifecycle management practices
• Confident in vendor, contract, and commercial management
• Experienced in leading large-scale technology programs and transformations
• Risk, security, and compliance awareness
• Strong financial and service performance management skills
• Collaborative, international mindset — able to influence and engage senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Ownership-driven and pragmatic — you deliver, not just plan
• Genuinely curious about evolving SaaS, automation, and AI technologies
• Languages:
• Fluent English — written and spoken
• Education
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience

Your responsibilities

• Platform Strategy & Roadmap
• Own and evolve the global strategy and roadmap for Collaboration & Productivity Platforms, spanning collaboration, productivity, automation, AI, and work management
• Define target capabilities and align the platform direction with Digital Workplace, Enterprise Architecture, and business priorities
• Lead platform standardization, consolidation, and rationalization across Business Units
• Service Delivery & Governance
• Ensure reliable, high-quality delivery of all Collaboration & Productivity services, with clear KPIs, ownership models, and operational standards
• Establish lifecycle and governance frameworks covering access, workspaces, applications, and data
• Oversee service risks, major escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with Software Asset Management, Procurement, and Finance to optimize licensing, utilization, and cost
• Automation, AI & Digital Workplace Transformation
• Define and drive automation and AI initiatives across the platform portfolio
• Enable enterprise adoption and governance of Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging productivity capabilities
• Champion self-service, workflow automation, and Digital Employee Experience initiatives that deliver measurable productivity gains
• Vendor & Partner Management
• Manage strategic technology vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers, setting clear responsibilities and service expectations
• Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and contractual commitments
• Collaborate with Procurement and Software Asset Management on contracts, renewals, and commercial optimization
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Business Units and functional leaders to translate requirements into platform priorities
• Work closely with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, IAM, Endpoint Solutions, Service Management, and other technology teams
• Represent the function in governance and transformation forums, communicating roadmaps, performance, risks, and investment priorities to senior stakeholders
• Leadership & Team Development
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of eight across multiple technology domains
• Set clear objectives, KPIs, resource plans, and individual development paths
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• You will report to the Director Digital Workplace & Collaboration.
