Our requirements

  • Several years of experience managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, content, events, and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, content marketing, paid media, SEO, audience segmentation and personalization.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns based on performance data and business objectives.
  • Proven track record of running lead generation campaigns and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms, especially Pardot / Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM processes and lead management.
  • Experience using analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Experience directing agencies and creating marketing materials such as case studies, reports, presentations, digital content, social media materials.
  • Ability to develop compelling customer journeys and storytelling across the marketing funnel.

  • Practical experience using AI tools to support marketing activities, including content creation and optimization, audience segmentation, campaign personalization, predictive insights, intent data analysis.

  • Experience creating personalized content and orchestrating multichannel account-based journeys.

Your responsibilities

  • Support local markets in creating, activating, optimizing, and measuring marketing campaigns based on defined objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels from planning through execution and performance evaluation.
  • Advise markets on how to leverage available content assets across different campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Support audience selection, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
  • Contribute to message house development and ensure the right messaging is delivered at each stage of the marketing funnel.
  • Localize existing content assets and support the creation of new content pieces aligned with customer needs.
  • Recommend appropriate go-to-market channels across paid, earned, shared, and owned media.
  • Guide agencies in adapting content and campaign materials to meet audience and campaign objectives.
  • Support markets in developing landing pages with engaging customer journeys and clear storytelling.
  • Design and optimize marketing automation email flows and lead nurturing journeys.
  • Create and analyze campaign reports using analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics.
  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Analyze previous campaigns to identify gaps across awareness, engagement, and conversion stages.
  • Recommend improvements, content opportunities, and calls-to-action to attract and convert relevant audiences.
  • Support coordination of selected Tier 1 programmes together with local markets.
