Requirements

Your responsibilities

  • developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions
  • analyzing business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytics solutions
  • developing and maintaining data models, ETL processes, and reporting datasets
  • monitoring and improving data quality, report performance, and reporting standards
  • collaborating with stakeholders to provide insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • preparing ad hoc analyses and reporting outputs where automated solutions are not available
  • providing reporting expertise and sharing knowledge, best practices, and technical guidance within the Continuous Improvement team
  • supporting process improvement and reporting-related automation initiatives
  • staying informed about developments in Power BI, reporting, analytics, and related Microsoft technologies, and recommending improvements where beneficial.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, collaborates effectively with stakeholders, maintains a strong focus on data quality, and thrives both independently and as part of a team, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Key qualifications and attributes include:
✔️Experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, and data analytics
✔️Good knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query and SQL
✔️Understanding of data modelling and reporting processes
✔️Advanced Excel skills
✔️Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data effectively
✔️Fluency in Business English

Optional

  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Dataflows, Databricks, or similar modern data platforms
  • Experience with Power Automate or other automation tools
  • Basic knowledge of any programming language
  • Experience in SSC/BPO environment
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting processes
