  • Experienced professional (3–5+ years) with a solid background in Power Platform.
  • Experienced AI assisted solutions,
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams while identifying high value opportunities for intelligent automation.
  • Technical Skills:
  • o Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (conversational flows, agent logic, integrations).
    o Practical experience with Power Apps (Canvas / Model Driven), Dataverse, and Power Automate.
    o Basic knowledge of Azure services or Azure AI.
    o Nice to have: C# experience.
  • Technical awareness:
  • o Understanding of how AI assistants operate in enterprise environments, including integration patterns, data flows, and solution constraints.
    o Awareness of when to apply AI vs. traditional automation, recognizing both limitations and high value opportunities.
    o Familiarity with modern cloud ecosystems and how AI and Power Platform components interact within them.

    • Identify processes suitable for AI adoption by analyzing business workflows, detecting repetitive patterns, and evaluating automation potential.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into clear, structured AI scenarios.
