- Experience with Change Management and working with global IT teams and stakeholders

- Coordinating change implementation in cooperation with vendors and internal IT teams
- Supporting business and technical teams in SSH/TLS key remediation
- Providing cryptography-related consultancy and technical support to internal customers globally
- Handling urgent production issues and supporting the team in resolving complex cases
- Preparing reports, analyzing data, and continuously improving data quality
- Processing requests in ServiceNow in line with agreed SLAs
