  • Strong in spoken and written Italian (at least C1) and English (B2+)
  • High-speed internet – fixed broadband
  • Experience in customer service, and/or Help Desk environments
  • Ability to show empathy, patience and ownership of customer issues
  • Excellent detail orientation, prioritising and work organisation
  • Part-time students are welcome
