Your responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional support via email, chat, and ticketing systems
• Assist customers with subscription changes, order modifications, and account inquiries
• Handle complaints efficiently, ensuring positive resolutions aligned with company policies
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed

Our requirements

• Readiness to join our team on 5 May, 2025
• Availability to work Monday-Friday 08.00-20.00
• Strong in spoken and written Czech (at least C1) and English (B2+)
• High-speed internet – fixed broadband
• Experience in customer service, and/or Help Desk environments
• Ability to show empathy, patience and ownership of customer issues
• Excellent detail orientation, prioritising and work organisation
• Part-time students are welcome
