- Practical experience in cybersecurity, security operations or SOC environments.
- Broad knowledge of cloud and on-premises security.
- Experience in leading or coordinating a technical team.
- A hands-on mindset and genuine passion for cybersecurity.
- Strong ownership, self-organization and time-management skills.
- A proactive approach — you see what needs to be done and move it forward.
- Very good English skills.
- German would be an advantage.
