About the project

If you are looking for a role where you can see the direct results of your work rather than being just a small cog in a corporate machine, you will fit right in.
Our team is genuinely international, with a balanced distribution of one-third of the team based in Poland, Germany, and India. We use English as our primary language every day. We are deeply embedded within the global Cybersecurity organization and cooperate closely with other Competence Centers, departments, and end-users.

What makes this role stand out?

  • Real Influence & Ownership: In our Polish hub, we don’t just passively execute tasks handed down to us. We take ownership, lead security initiatives, and orchestrate assignments for supporting security teams.
  • True Variety: No two days are the same. You will handle diverse requests from various Competence Centers and have direct contact with users, giving you a full, hands-on view of the security ecosystem.
  • Direct Impact: Your decisions and daily work will have a tangible, visible influence on raising the security posture of the entire global Bosch organization.
