  • At least 3 years of cybersecurity experience, including hands-on experience in Vulnerability Management.
  • Good understanding of the vulnerability lifecycle, including identification, validation, prioritization, ownership, remediation, exception management and reporting.
  • Experience with at least one Vulnerability Management or Exposure Management platform, such as Tenable, Qualys, Wiz, Rapid7, CrowdStrike or ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
  • Ability to lead client conversations, workshops and presentations, and communicate cyber risk effectively to both technical and business audiences.
  • High level of independence, strong organizational skills and ownership of delivery quality.
  • Very good command of English, enabling effective work in international projects.

Optional

  • Experience designing or transforming a Vulnerability Management, CTEM or Exposure Management program.
  • Knowledge of cloud security, OT security, container security, application security or patch management processes.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, APIs or workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, CMDB and security data integrations.
  • Cybersecurity or cloud certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, AZ-500 or equivalent.

Your responsibilities

  • Independently perform vulnerability and risk analyses and translate technical findings into practical business recommendations.
  • Coordinate remediation activities and collaborate with IT, Cloud, OT, application teams and business owners.
  • Design, develop and optimize Vulnerability Management processes, including prioritization, exception handling, SLAs, escalations and reporting.
  • Lead client workshops, gather requirements and prepare process, operational and management documentation.
  • Build reports, dashboards and metrics for technical teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Configure and enhance Vulnerability Management platforms such as Tenable, Qualys, Wiz, CrowdStrike and ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, including integrations and automation.
  • Monitor critical threats, zero-day vulnerabilities and emerging trends, and coordinate response activities.
  • Lead selected project workstreams, plan activities and support the development of less experienced team members.
