Our requirements

  • 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience within Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Risk Management, IT Governance, or related environments
  • Proven experience leading Vulnerability Management initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Backup & Recovery and Disaster Recovery programs
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving business-critical systems
  • Solid background in project planning, governance, budgeting, risk management, and executive reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution, challenge stakeholders when necessary, and ensure delivery against commitments
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, remediation plans, and audit-related activities
  • Knowledge of cloud environments, particularly AWS
  • Familiarity with enterprise backup solutions such as Commvault or similar platforms
  • Understanding of governance, compliance, audit, and operational resilience frameworks
  • Exposure to highly regulated environments and large global organizations.
  • Advanced English - at least B2+/C1

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives related to Vulnerability Management and Recovery Governance
  • Own project planning, budgeting, timelines, governance, reporting, and overall delivery
  • Coordinate activities across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Application, and Business teams
  • Drive accountability and ensure actions are followed through by responsible stakeholders
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, remediation plans, and key milestones
  • Support governance reviews related to Backup & Recovery and Disaster Recovery readiness
  • Facilitate communication between technical experts, service managers, leadership teams, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
