Our requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
  • Experience working with regulations and standards such as NIS/NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks.
  • Good understanding of process-oriented approaches, including risk management and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in developing security documentation (policies, procedures, standards).
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Optional

  • Experience in the automotive industry (e.g., TISAX, ISO/SAE 21434).
  • Professional certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
  • Experience in audit, compliance, or regulatory projects.
  • Knowledge of OT/ICS environments (Operational Technology / Industrial Control Systems).

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret NIS2 Directive requirements in the context of an automotive company’s operations.
  • Design, document, and maintain cybersecurity processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify gaps in existing solutions and prepare recommendations for improvements.
  • Implement and maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with NIS2 requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
  • Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Production, and external vendors/suppliers.
  • Participate in risk assessments and develop mechanisms to mitigate security threats.
  • Prepare the organization for audits, assessments, and regulatory inspections.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update security processes accordingly.
  • Promote security awareness across the organization through training sessions and workshops.
  • Support incident management activities and ensure NIS2-compliant reporting.
