Education
  • A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
  • Experience & Technical Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, operations analytics or manufacturing analytics.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or operational environment would be an advantage.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Navision, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar would be welcome.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query and Pivot Tables.
  • Practical SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualisation tools.
  • Understanding of database concepts and data modelling.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and operational KPIs.

  • Your responsibilities

    Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, validate and analyse operational data from ERP and other business systems.
  • Maintain dashboards, scorecards and reports that provide clear insight into operational performance.
  • Monitor key operational KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, quality, inventory, delivery performance and cost.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports for management and key business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across operational systems.
  • Support master data management and data governance initiatives.
  • Document reporting processes, data definitions and KPI calculation methods.
  • Operational Performance Management
  • Analyse production, supply chain, warehouse, maintenance and quality data to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives with clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Measure the impact of operational improvement projects and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve throughput and resource utilisation.
