Data Analyst / BI Developer

Our requirements

• Around 4-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering roles.
• Strong domain knowledge in eCommerce, with a solid understanding of key industry metrics, customer behavior, and sales funnels.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool) for data transformation and modeling.
• Practical experience utilizing Snowflake as a data warehouse user (querying, analyzing, and exploring data).
• Proficiency in modern BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) with the ability to tell stories through data.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to draw clear conclusions and present them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), enabling smooth collaboration in an international environment.

Your responsibilities

• Transforming eCommerce data into actionable business insights, helping our clients optimize their operations and scale performance.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust data models and automated BI dashboards/reports.
• Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets.
• Building and managing data transformation pipelines using dbt, ensuring high data quality and reliability.
• Querying and analyzing data within the Snowflake environment to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
