- Experience: Proven track record in data management, data quality, or a related role (preferably within the financial services industry).
- Tech Stack: Experience with advanced SQL, Python, R, Java, and Scala.
- Reporting: Hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid experience within financial crime domains (AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions).
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a highly organized, professional approach to work.
- Languages: Fluent English (speaking and writing) is mandatory.
Optional
- Experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies.
- Previous involvement in data migration and integration projects.
Your responsibilities
- Support the critical GKYC program by driving data analytics, design, and development.
- Work with data taxonomies and build small data models.
- Produce clear, actionable reports using Power BI.
- Work closely with multiple business areas and key leads across IT, Architecture, Financial Crime, Compliance, Legal, and the Business to implement changes.
- Navigate a fast-paced project environment with changing priorities, always striving to find the best solutions for the organization.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
