- More than 5 years of hands-on experience in process mining or BI tools (e.g. Celonis, Power BI)
- More than 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization skills
- More than 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Understanding of finance processes (P2P, C2C, R2R)
- Strong storytelling and data presentation skills
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
- Very good English (written and spoken)
Your responsibilities
- Lead process intelligence projects across multiple clients
- Ensure high-quality outcomes, support business transformation initiatives, and guide stakeholders in leveraging analytical insights for continuous process improvement
- Manage and mentor consultants and analysts
