- Proven experience in data management, data quality, or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Experience within financial crime (AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions).
- Experience with advanced SQL, Python, R, Java, and Scala.
- Familiarity with data taxonomy and ability to build small data models.
- Experience with Power BI to produce reports.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional, organized, structured approach, striving for high data accuracy and quality standards.
- Prepared for a fast-paced project with changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing).

- Experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with data migration and integration projects.
Your responsibilities
- Support a key strategic programme in the financial crime domain to deliver data analytics, design, and development.
- Manage data quality and ensure high standards of data accuracy across the project.
- Build small data models and actively work with data taxonomy.
- Design and produce reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Drive excellent stakeholder management by working closely with IT, Architecture, Financial Crime, Compliance, Legal, and the Business to implement essential changes.
- Apply your domain knowledge in financial crime (AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions) to shape analytical solutions.
- Analyze complex data, solve problems, and consistently strive to find the most optimal, high-quality solutions for the bank.
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
