Data & Analytics Consultant (She/He/They)

Our requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably in business domain (finance, economics) and/or computer science.
• Experience in the design and development of SAC reporting and planning solutions. Sound knowledge of financial controlling and enterprise performance management aspects.
• Fluency at SAP ecosystem including SAP data structures and end-to-end dataflows. Knowledge of SAC predictive capabilities, augmented analytics and forecasting.
• Familiarity and willingness to work with modern SAP leading technologies: SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA and BDC.
• English at professional level. Additional languages such as German and French are a distinct advantage

Your responsibilities

• Design & Build Next-Generation SAC Solutions: Architect cutting-edge, self-service planning and reporting applications to empower clients to steer their business.
• Be the Trusted Advisor on Innovation: Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on state-of-the-art planning and reporting strategies. Lead the development of high-impact Proofs of Concept (PoCs) that demonstrate the art of the possible.
• Facilitate immersive design thinking workshops to deeply understand client pain points, decision-making processes, and future aspirations. Transform raw business needs into crystal-clear functional designs that become the blueprint for transformative SAC solutions.
• Execute sophisticated data preparation and blending procedures, design robust planning models (financial, workforce, supply chain), and craft best-in-class dashboards and analytical applications that deliver immersive, action-oriented user experiences.
