Your responsibilities
- Lead workshops with the Leadership Team and moderate cross-functional discussions to align on requirements and strategic priorities
- Gather, understand and document business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable technical specifications
- Design and build end-to-end analytics solutions in Power BI, from concept to production
- Build dashboards, applications and automated workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform
- Test the solution and deliver it to production, owning the full cycle: requirements → design → test → go-live
- Design clear, user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards and interfaces (UI/UX)
About the project
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on analytics professional who owns the full
delivery cycle — from gathering requirements and running workshops with leadership,
all the way to building, testing and deploying the solution to production. You will be
both the front-end user and the person handling the technical delivery, within a new,
fast-moving team whose reports drive real business decisions.
