Requirements

Your responsibilities

  • Own domain data definitions, attributes, standards, business glossary, and metadata while aligning standards across systems and resolving definition or ownership conflicts
  • Approve complex or high-impact master data changes, ensure adherence to governance processes, and drive continuous improvement of workflows and issue remediation
  • Monitor data quality KPIs and trends, lead root-cause analysis for cross-system issues, and support definition and prioritization of data quality rules and controls
  • Participate in governance forums, support and coach data stewards, drive adoption of data governance practices, and coordinate activities across domains and teams

Our requirements

  • Previous experience working with business data, master data, or operational data domains (e.g., Customer, Product, Organization, Finance, Supply Chain)
  • Practical experience with data validation, data quality improvement, or data maintenance processes.
  • Experience collaborating with business users, IT teams, or analytics teams on data-related topics.
  • Knowledge of English - working proficiency
  • Strong attention to details and ability to work with structured information
  • Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders, including business and IT teams
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in identifying and addressing data issues
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain data-related topics in a clear and simple way
