Our requirements

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric architecture and trade-offs
  • Experience with medallion architecture (bronze, silver, gold layers)
  • Proven data modelling expertise, especially in the gold layer
  • Hands-on experience with Python (PySpark) for data processing
  • Experience with Data Factory and data pipeline orchestration
  • Experience with ETL / ELT systems.
  • Background in improving and optimising existing data platforms
  • Experience designing scalable data solutions
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Ensure platform scalability as new data sources and use cases grow
  • Monitor and optimise performance, cost efficiency, and resource usage
  • Extend the platform with new data solutions when required

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving the Microsoft Fabric platform, ensuring a stable, scalable, and cost-efficient environment. You will manage data pipelines, enhance architecture, and deliver high-quality data models following the medallion (bronze, silver, gold) approach.
