Our requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt (required), Coalesce.io, Airbyte, SQL Server / SSIS, and Azure Data Factory
- Strong understanding of Medallion Architecture, Dimensional Data Modeling, and ETL/ELT concepts and best practices
- Experience building production-grade data pipelines and analytics solutions
- Familiarity with GitHub and Jira-based development workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to work with at least 4 hours overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
Optional
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience integrating Salesforce data
- Previous experience in higher education or ed-tech environments
Your responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, Coalesce.io, Airbyte, SQL Server / SSIS, and Azure Data Factory
- Build and optimize dimensional data models for analytics and reporting
- Implement and maintain Medallion Architecture in Snowflake (Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers)
- Develop reliable ETL/ELT processes and data transformation workflows
- Improve data modeling standards and identify areas for optimization
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams using Jira and GitHub
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across analytics solutions
