  • Experience in Data Governance, Business Intelligence, Business Analysis or Data Management
  • Knowledge of reporting, data quality and governance principles
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data-related compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Oracle Fusion Cloud and enterprise data environment is advantage

Your responsibilities

Data Governance & Strategy
  • Develop and execute the Data Governance Framework
  • Define and coordinate data ownership and stewardship structure
  • Establish and maintain data governance policies, standards, processes, operating models and the business glossary across the organization
  • Support management in setting data-related priorities and strategy
  • Data Quality & Compliance
  • Define and monitor data quality standards and KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies
  • Support audit and regulatory requirements related to data management
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders
  • Communicate data concepts clearly to business stakeholders
  • Coordination & Continuous Improvement
  • Coordinate Data Governance activities across the organization
  • Ensure data governance requirements are embedded in projects and business processes
  • Support and continuous improvement of data management practices
  • Leading initiatives focused on improving data quality, reliability, consistency and completeness across the whole company
