- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with DLP tools such as Symantec, Zscaler, Microsoft Purview, or CASB.
- Deep understanding of incident detection, monitoring, and triage processes.
- Proven experience in policy creation, fine-tuning, and data lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of DLP event analysis and incident response procedures.
- Effective stakeholder management skills and ability to operate across cross-cultural teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written).
- Good knowledge of GDPR and banking security standards.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and IT platforms.
- Flexibility to support operational needs within a 24x7 working environment.

Your responsibilities
- Monitor and protect bank's internal, restricted, and highly restricted data using global DLP tools and quarantine solutions.
- Follow established processes throughout the security incident response lifecycle and manage escalation procedures.
- Support and coordinate DLP incident responses by collaborating with local, regional, and global teams.
- Facilitate smooth handovers and support shift transitions within a 24x7 operational environment.
- Engage with stakeholders across business units to support incident remediation efforts.
- Contribute to policy refinement to decrease false positives and optimize DLP accuracy.
- Identify automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Recognize risks and vulnerabilities, providing actionable, cost-effective recommendations.
