Our requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience leading a team, ideally in data engineering, data analytics, or business intelligence
- Strong communicator who can connect technical topics with business needs
- Hands-on experience with data lakehouse architectures and BI tools – ideally Snowflake and cloud platforms such as GCP
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and sprint-based delivery
- Fluent in English and Polish
Your responsibilities
- Lead and grow the combined Data Engineering and Business Intelligence team, building a collaborative, high-performing culture
- Own the data roadmap and strategy, setting priorities from discovery through delivery
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate technical topics into business value and drive data adoption
- Drive data quality, governance, and the development of a trusted data catalog and data products
- Ensure a unified data architecture and the smooth integration of new data sources and platforms
- Track KPIs such as platform uptime, data quality, and delivery cadence, and plan team budget and resources
