Data Privacy Reviewer – GDPR & CCPA

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in data privacy, data protection, compliance, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating data privacy risks.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• The ability to explain complex privacy matters clearly to business, IT, and legal stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and building effective business partnerships.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure with changing priorities.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to apply new concepts quickly.

Optional

• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and responsible AI frameworks.
• Experience in a financial services or investment banking environment.

Your responsibilities

• Guide business users in using the global data privacy tool and ensure cases are submitted accurately.
• Perform privacy assessments of operational processes, identifying and mitigating data protection risks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure data privacy initiatives are effectively understood and implemented.
• Act as a subject matter expert on global data privacy and protection law, working with Legal Data Privacy and Regulatory Compliance teams.
• Develop and maintain data standards, policies, methodologies, guidance, and training materials.
• Identify improvements in local data privacy practices and support the development of effective privacy controls.
• Monitor legislative developments, conduct gap analyses, and help stakeholders prepare for future privacy requirements.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and priorities while taking ownership of assigned work and operating independently.
