Data Product Manager

Our requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing technically complex products and working closely with engineering teams.
• Strong background in product discovery, roadmap creation, prioritization, requirements gathering, and product delivery.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear and actionable product plans.
• Experience managing backlogs, epics, releases, dependencies, and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with data-intensive products and platforms.
• Good understanding of concepts such as:
• Data models
• Data pipelines
• APIs
• Data governance
• Data quality
• Analytics platforms
• Enterprise data products
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Your responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals and business needs into product roadmaps, product plans, epics, releases, and actionable requirements.
• Lead product discovery with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand user needs, use cases, workflows, and desired outcomes.
• Own prioritization based on customer value, strategic fit, dependencies, technical feasibility, and implementation effort.
• Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Data Engineers, Analysts, Data Scientists, BI teams, and Data Governance specialists throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage product backlogs, requirements, dependencies, risks, acceptance criteria, release readiness, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure technical solutions remain aligned with intended business and user outcomes.
• Drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders, clearly communicating priorities, decisions, trade-offs, and progress.
• Establish feedback loops and success measures to continuously improve product quality, adoption, scalability, and business impact.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, reuse, simplification, and automation rather than one-off solutions.
