Data Quality Analyst (French Speaking)

Our requirements

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data quality, data analysis, digital products, or related areas.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (or similar data analysis tools).
• Ability to analyze data, identify inconsistencies, and draw conclusions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, both internally and with external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and ensure documentation and processes are completed.

Optional

• Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Understanding of digital tagging, tracking, and measurement technologies.
• Experience working in a client-facing role or supporting international clients.
• Experience with process improvement and quality assurance methodologies.
• Project coordination or documentation experience.

Your responsibilities

• Perform data quality checks, testing, and monitoring of delivery processes for Digital Content Products, primarily for the French market.
• Review and validate data outputs and final deliveries provided to clients.
• Investigate data quality issues, identify root causes, and support resolution processes.
• Communicate with clients in French during calls and meetings regarding data quality and monitoring topics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve existing processes, products, and quality standards.
• Support the implementation of new measurement technologies and quality monitoring solutions.
• Act as a point of contact for quality-related questions and provide guidance to team members.
• Create, maintain, and improve documentation of quality processes and procedures.
