Data Security Policy Engineer

Our requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in data security engineering,
• Practical experience with DLP solutions (Symantec, Zscaler, Trellix, Proofpoint),
• Strong knowledge of Data in Motion / Data at Rest Security,
• Proven experience in creating and updating data security policies,
• Degree in IT or Cybersecurity,
• Certifications: CISSP, CISA, or CISM,
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and project planning,
• Excellent communication skills across various stakeholder groups.

Your responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve Data Security policies aligned with risk and compliance frameworks;
• Oversee policy engineering to ensure all data protection controls are effective and optimized;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and address security gaps;
• Support deployment and migration of new security tools into BAU operations;
• Provide reporting (MI/KXI) and insights for senior management;
• Engage in innovative security projects and mentor junior team members.
