Our requirements
- Strong project management expertise, with experience managing large-scale technology programmes.
- Previous hands-on experience in delivering IAM projects.
- Good understanding of IAM and security controls, including governance capabilities.
- Technical awareness of DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD tooling, Cloud environments, and on-premises infrastructure.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements related to IAM.
- Proactive, self-motivated team player with a problem-solving mindset.
Optional
- PM qualifications (Prince2, PMP).
- Experience as Scrum Master or Lead in large-scale digital/security programmes.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and agile workflow tools.
Your responsibilities
- Manage multiple Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) workstreams across global business units.
- Use programme reporting practices to ensure JIRA and Confluence are updated and accurate.
- Identify blockers and work with teams to mitigate risks and keep progress on track.
- Work with stakeholders to agree on priorities and deliver to the agreed schedule.
- Handle changes to scope, resourcing, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Produce weekly status reports detailing progress, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to achieve delivery objectives.

As an IAM Delivery Lead, you’ll manage critical workstreams, guide stakeholders, and ensure seamless delivery in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
You’ll play a hands-on role in planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement while driving the adoption of new IAM capabilities and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
