Our requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Design Systems
- Hands-on experience building, maintaining, or scaling Design Systems used across multiple products, teams, or platforms
- Strong expertise in Figma, including Components, Auto Layout, and Design Libraries
- Experience creating and managing component libraries, design tokens, and reusable design patterns
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and scalable design principles
- Fluent English and Polish communication skills (spoken and written)
- Residency in Poland
Your responsibilities
- Building and evolving component libraries and reusable design patterns in Figma
- Defining and maintaining design tokens, variables, and design standards
- Standardizing UX/UI patterns and ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborating closely with engineering teams on component design and implementation
- Creating Design System documentation and supporting adoption across multiple teams
- Contributing to the evolution of a shared Design System used across multiple products
