Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of CMS development experience with strong expertise in Drupal and WordPress
- Proven experience in leading development teams, including mentoring developers, planning work, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Deep understanding of Drupal, including custom modules, multisite, and multilingual setups
- Solid understanding of WordPress, including custom plugins, multilingual solutions, REST APIs, and GraphQL
- Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern frameworks such as React and Next.js
- Good knowledge of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Experience with data migration and content transformation processes
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to commute to the office in Warsaw 2 - 3 days a week
- Residing in Poland required
Your responsibilities
- Contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Leading and ensuring adherence to best practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, Scrum, refactoring, and coding standards
- Developing and maintaining CMS modules, plugins, and system integrations
- Standardizing multisite templates and reusable UI components
- Collaborating closely with front-end designers and developers to ensure visually appealing and intuitive implementations
- Ensuring content is easily editable by non-technical users
- Optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Staying up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends
