Our requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a DevOps engineering role with a proven ability to deliver high-quality automation pipelines and infrastructure as code under pressure
  • Demonstrable experience using CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps
  • Exceptional understanding of IaC techniques and tools including ARM, Terraform, and CloudFormation
  • Experience with development languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or Shell for building reusable tools
  • Private cloud experience, particularly with VMware
  • Experience working with container technologies such as Azure AKS, Amazon ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker
  • General Windows or Linux administration skills, along with automation and scripting experience
  • Practical knowledge of system architectures, networking, and private cloud environments
  • A deep understanding of core VMware technologies (vSphere, ESX, NSX)
  • Practical knowledge of SAN’s and LAN's
  • Fluent English

Optional

  • Experience with public cloud (Azure, AWS)
  • Desirable certifications such as Azure DevOps Expert, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or Docker Certified Associate

Your responsibilities

  • Being part of a multi-skilled team of DevOps engineers with varied skill sets, focusing on automation pipelines, IaC templates, scripting, coding, container orchestration, and performance engineering
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development by promoting DevOps principles and practices that lead to faster innovation
  • Keeping abreast of technology market changes to support the organization in staying ahead of industry trends
  • Understanding the impact of technical decisions on projects and departmental practices, and taking responsibility for those decisions
  • Prioritizing tasks and projects effectively, demonstrating good judgment of criticality
  • Supporting the definition and adoption of best practices and standards to ensure effective governance
  • Contributing to planning sessions in an Agile manner using Kanban boards
  • Developing new and maturing existing product stacks and automation processes
  • Creating and updating documentation for new and existing products
  • Automating processes to drive efficiencies, minimize human error, and reduce manual input
  • Ensuring security risks are considered and mitigated when designing and implementing new products and services

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Poland.
