- Several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Strong hands-on expertise with:
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- Bamboo
- Argo (Argo CD / Argo Workflows)
- SQL
- SysDig
- Prometheus
- Splunk
- Grafana
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of cloud environments and modern infrastructure practices
- Background in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar)
- Knowledge of financial services workflows and core banking concepts
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in Agile, cross-functional teams
