Our requirements
- Master’s, engineer’s or bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in CI/CD and/or cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of Linux system administration.
- Knowledge of any scripting language.
- German language skills at minimum B2 level.
- Openness to using AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly in daily DevOps work.
- Basic familiarity with AI/ML workloads, cloud automation or modern platform engineering concepts will be an advantage.
Your responsibilities
- Design, build and support continuous integration and continuous delivery environments for projects carried out in our department.
- Create deployment pipelines and scripts, and administer virtual machines on cloud platforms and on-prem environments.
- Test and document your solutions with a focus on quality, reliability and maintainability.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools, such as GitHub Copilot or equivalent solutions, to improve productivity, documentation quality and delivery efficiency where appropriate.
- Support automation and platform improvements that can enable AI-assisted delivery practices in project teams.
About the project
Your role:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will design and maintain CI/CD environments, automate deployment processes, and support cloud and on-prem infrastructure for ongoing projects. You will develop pipelines, create scripts, and ensure high quality by testing and documenting your solutions.
Your German language skills will help you collaborate effectively with stakeholders and project teams. In your daily work, you will also use modern engineering tools, including AI-assisted solutions where they help streamline automation, troubleshooting and documentation tasks.
Working with diverse and technically advanced solutions will allow you to build strong relationships with clients and continuously grow your expertise. You will be part of highly self-organizing, independent teams that operate in agile and lean engineering environments, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
