Your responsibilities
- Learn our products and adopt a T-Shaped skillset.
- Maintain .Net framework configuration, technical security baseline and manage the relationship with Microsoft for incident and advisory cases.
- Manage and optimize application configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment and integration in a timely manner.
- Provide technical guidance and support to our clients.
- Perform thorough testing, monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance policies.
- Maintain pragmatic documentation of integration for reference by development teams and stakeholders.
