Our requirements

  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering, including a minimum of 3 years of proven experience leading global engineering teams across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability
  • Previous hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Release Engineering
  • Previous work with enterprise platforms and ERP ecosystems such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or similar business-critical systems
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure)
  • Expertise in DevOps and DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, security, and observability
  • Experience working within Agile delivery models and large-scale enterprise organizations
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and offshore delivery teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries
  • Knowledge of GxP, SOX, or other compliance frameworks
  • Previous work with Kubernetes, container platforms, GitOps, and cloud-native architectures

Your responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing global DevOps and Release Engineering teams
  • Foster an automation-first culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Own delivery outcomes, platform stability, release processes, and team performance
  • Establish and govern enterprise DevOps and Release Management practices across internally managed and vendor-supported platforms
  • Drive modernization initiatives involving cloud-native architectures, containerization, microservices, GitOps, and CI/CD automation
  • Ensure platform reliability, observability, and operational excellence through monitoring, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators for deployment success, release quality, platform availability, and engineering productivity
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and guide strategic technology decisions
  • Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory requirements, including SOX and GxP environments
  • Evaluate, select, and manage DevOps tools, platforms, and emerging technologies

You will lead and develop globally distributed teams across Poland, India, and the United States, driving DevOps excellence, platform reliability, and engineering effectiveness. The ideal candidate understands how modern DevOps organizations operate and brings experience working with complex enterprise ecosystems, preferably including ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce.
