- Strong experience in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or Application Security
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps)
- Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar)
- Solid understanding of secure SDLC and application security practices (OWASP, SAST, DAST, secrets management)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code
Optional
- Experience with Kubernetes and container security
- Knowledge of platform engineering or internal developer platforms
- Experience with security tooling and compliance automation
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM)
Your responsibilities
- DevSecOps & Platform Engineering
- Design, build, and maintain security automations, tools, and templates
- Improve and secure CI/CD pipelines with a security-first approach
- Implement DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, secrets management, vulnerability management)
- Integrate security controls into development workflows and platforms
- Support cloud and Infrastructure as Code initiatives
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and security teams
- Define technical standards, documentation, and best practices
- Agile & Collaboration
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Support PI Planning and delivery processes
- Help remove blockers and improve team efficiency
- Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement
- Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities
