Your responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business goals into technology-driven solutions.
• Analyze and understand the biotech/pharma industry’s digital landscape, identifying key opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, focusing on data platforms, automation, and industry-specific digitalization strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, from business leaders to technical teams, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions.
• Design and oversee implementation of scalable digital solutions that comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, FDA, EMA).
• Support clients in defining and executing their digital roadmap, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, cloud computing, and data analytics.
• Architect end-to-end business-technology solutions that align with industry best practices and enterprise architecture principles.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to drive awareness and adoption of digital transformation strategies within industry experts and partners

Our requirements

• Proven experience in digital transformation, consulting, or technology strategy within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Expertise in data platforms, digital ecosystems, and enterprise architecture.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance frameworks in biotech/pharma (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, FDA, EMA guidelines).
• Familiarity with cloud computing, AI, IoT, and advanced analytics applications in life sciences.
• Strong experience in business-technology architecture, designing robust and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Experience with digital transformation implementations in biotech or pharma.
• Understanding of laboratory automation, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and quality management systems (QMS).
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and align digital initiatives with compliance requirements
