Your responsibilities
1. Operational Management:
o Oversee daily EIT operations within the assigned country(s) or cluster, ensuring all infrastructure services are running smoothly and efficiently.
o Manage and monitor EIT infrastructure and services to ensure availability and performance.
o Coordinate and lead the local IT teams to deliver consistent and high-quality support.
2. Incident and Problem Management:
o Manage and resolve EIT incidents and problems in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and disruption to business operations, leveraging and connecting with global towers and sub-towers.
o Implement and maintain incident and problem management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.
3. Service Delivery:
o Ensure EIT services are delivered in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
o Monitor service delivery performance and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
4. Project Management:
o Lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, following global defined standards.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
5. Vendor Management:
o Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet their contractual obligations.
o Manage contracts performance and ensure the delivery of quality services.
6. Financial Responsibilities:
o Develop and manage the EIT operational budget for the assigned country(s) or cluster.
o Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
o Conduct financial analysis related to IT operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.
o Provide financial forecasts and projections for IT projects and operational activities.
7. Compliance and Security:
o Ensure compliance with corporate EIT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
o Implement and maintain EIT security measures to protect organizational data and systems.
8. Team Leadership:
o Lead, mentor, and develop the local IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
9. Communication and Collaboration:
o Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues within the assigned country(s) or cluster.
o Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to ensure alignment with overall IT strategy and initiatives.
10. Stakeholder Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for EIT-related issues within the assigned countries or cluster.
o Engage and collaborate with local and regional IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall EIT strategy and initiatives.
