  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, Application Ownership, Product Ownership, or similar roles.
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality, or engineering environments.
  • Experience with MES, shopfloor systems, or manufacturing applications.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate activities, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, manage reporting, and support delivery across business and technical teams.
  • Practical experience in Agile methodologies application (Scrum/Kanban), combined with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Readiness for business travels - Up to 30%.
  • Work with different regions and different time zones.

Your responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Engineering, Product, Quality, Logistics, and Supply Chain to understand business objectives, operational pain points, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for manufacturing applications and integrations.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and cross-functional discussions to drive solution design and business alignment.
  • Support and shape the application roadmap for integrated manufacturing systems across OCS and PCS. Balance short-term operational needs with long-term product evolution and platform sustainability.
  • Own or co-own the product backlog for relevant application capabilities, ensuring priorities reflect business value, operational risk, and strategic goals.
  • Define, refine, and prioritize epics, features, and user stories in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams. Help define minimum viable solutions, phased delivery approaches, and capability releases that maximize business impact.
  • Work with business and technical teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational needs, enterprise standards, and long-term platform sustainability.
  • Support end-to-end process and data alignment across manufacturing systems, shopfloor applications, SAP, logistics, quality, and analytics platforms.
  • Contribute to the readiness of manufacturing applications for new launches, site expansion, and process transformation, including new product introduction, pilot lines, process changes, and scale-up initiatives.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and integration issues, and recommend improvements to strengthen overall process performance.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration by helping remove blockers, managing priorities, surfacing risks, and ensuring clear stakeholder communication.
  • Foster a culture of partnership, accountability, and user-centric delivery in a matrix and cross-functional environment.
