Our requirements

  • University Degree combined with a relevant experience acquired in a complex manufacturing environment. A Master’s degree would be a plus
  • 5 or more years of experience in leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Strong business partnering skills
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and specific industrial production systems, if possible JDE expertise.
  • Experience in leading virtual teams in various countries.
  • Strong understanding and successful experience in deploying complex projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and Polish (other language is a plus)
  • Availability to travel

Your responsibilities

  • Partnering with business leaders and IT users to identify and assess business improvement opportunities
  • Alignment with Corporate and group IT Teams to apply corporate standard IT portfolio and enterprise IT Systems in the most efficient way.
  • Create and manage IT Plans of improvement Projects, aligned with business demand and It Resources
  • Setup processes to ensure constant compliance to Corporate IT standards, Policies, Directions and Goal
  • Define and lead the information technology action plan to support the changes required for the organization’s competitiveness
  • Provide active support and consulting services to all functional areas regarding selection of relevant IT System and related functionality.
  • Proactively manage and communicate project status and performance of IT services align consensus with Division and Regional IT management
  • Ensure proper staffing of IT Teal by taking external services providers into account
  • Manage and organize Division IT Team & contractors by applying HPT and afile working principles.
