Our requirements

  • 5 years of professional experience in technical writing, knowledge management, documentation management, or a related field
  • Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts while maintaining the required level of detail and accuracy
  • Good understanding of software development processes, IT systems, and product documentation practices
  • Hands-on experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across teams
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, with a requirement to be present in the Warsaw office at least twice per month
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Residing in Poland required

  • Developing and maintaining a structured knowledge ecosystem that ensures product information is centralized, accessible, and up to date
  • Managing and improving documentation and knowledge management platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, and wikis
  • Defining and enforcing documentation standards, quality guidelines, and continuous improvement processes
  • Conducting interviews and collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers to gather, structure, and maintain knowledge
  • Creating, reviewing, and maintaining technical, functional, and product documentation
  • Training and supporting employees in technical writing, knowledge management best practices, and the effective use of documentation tools
