Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consultancy or advisory roles, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform
- Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE applications, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Strong experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Center
- Advanced level of English
Optional
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java/TypeScript, and experience with Visual Studio and Power Query
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and experience in data migration and integration strategies
- Certifications such as PL-400, MB-280, AB-410 related to the Power Platform
Your responsibilities
- Leading the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform
- Conducting thorough quality assurance through testing, defect resolution, and documentation processes
- Producing clear and concise technical documentation to support delivery workloads and facilitate handover to clients or third parties
- Identifying gaps in customer requirements and designing solutions that complement D365 and Power Platform capabilities
- Implementing solutions with a focus on security, quality, budget, scalability, flexibility, and longevity
- Utilizing programming skills in Visual Studio, C#, and other relevant languages to develop custom connectors and plugins
- Managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including Azure DevOps for backlog management and source control
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria, breaking them down into tasks, and estimating accordingly throughout the project lifecycle
