- At least 5 years of embedded or kernel development experience
- Strong C/C++ programming and debugging skills
- Knowledge of Linux OS internals and kernel architecture
- Familiarity with CPU/SoC architecture (x86/ARM)
- Experience with Linux build systems and diagnostic tools
- Fluency in English
