Your responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Carrier Manager to lead the Connectivity team across the EMEA region. The role focuses on managing telecom carrier relationships, ensuring service performance, compliance, and cost optimisation across approximately 40 carriers and 19 markets in Europe and the Middle East.
You will collaborate with internal finance, procurement, and technology stakeholders, ensuring effective service delivery and network reliability across the enterprise.

Our requirements
- Proven experience in telecoms infrastructure and carrier management within large international organisations.
- Deep understanding of network services, circuits, and connectivity technologies.
- Experience managing regulated or complex IT environments, preferably in enterprise-scale setups.
- Strong background in third-party/vendor management and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business topics.
- Collaborative, adaptive, and customer-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
