Nasze wymagania

• Architecture Expertise: Over 8 years of experience in integration and solution architecture, including complex enterprise programs;
• Integration Strategy: Strong knowledge of API strategy, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design and hybrid integration;
• Technology Breadth: Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee, Kong, SAP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services, Kafka or Confluent;
• Enterprise Architecture: Understanding of application portfolio management and governance. LeanIX, SAP Signavio, ServiceNow CMDB, Ardoq or ADOIT experience is an advantage;
• AI Transformation Architecture: Experience defining architectures for AI-powered enterprise solutions. Agent-based systems, MCP, AI governance, AI security and GenAI integration with ERP, CRM or ITSM are significant advantages;
• Platform Engineering Strategy: Understanding of Kubernetes-based platforms, Terraform, GitOps, platform operating models and cloud-native modernization;
• Consulting Leadership: Excellent English and ability to lead workshops, proposals and executive discussions. German is a plus;
• Commitment to Excellence: Dedicated to advancing the Integration & API Center of Excellence through cloud-native integration, Platform Engineering, AI-powered automation and next-generation Agentic Integration capabilities.

Twój zakres obowiązków

• define integration strategies, reference architectures and transformation roadmaps;
• design API-led, event-driven, cloud and hybrid integration architectures;
• assess landscapes and recommend platform standardization or rationalization;
• establish governance, security standards and reusable patterns;
• define architectures enabling AI agents and GenAI platforms to securely access enterprise systems;
• establish Platform Engineering standards for Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code and observability;
• act as a trusted client advisor and mentor architects and senior engineers.
