ERP Consultant, CG&S (ICH Europe)

Your responsibilities

• As a consultant you will support the delivery of large-scale, business-critical IT transformation programs for leading consumer goods clients.
• Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will contribute to structured planning, governance, testing, release management, and deployment activities across complex, multi-workstream environments.
• You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and external partners to ensure delivery transparency, risk control, and high-quality execution throughout the program lifecycle — from requirements alignment through go-live and stabilization.

Our requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in IT project management, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation programs
• Exposure to consumer goods / FMCG business environments is a plus
• Hands-on involvement in SAP implementations (SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC)
• Understanding of SAP functional domains such as MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, or related modules
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT cycles, including defect tracking and test coordination
• Exposure to release management, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities
• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) and waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience with project and delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project
• Structured risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear and confident communication skills in client-facing environments
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, or SAP-related certifications are advantageous
